Triple Carob Berry Smoothie

I have substituted a smoothie for my lunch and as long as its power-packed with protein I can make it to dinner without snacking. 

I'm becoming monogamous with the Triple Carob Berry smoothie. Whip yourself up one in the Nutribullet or a blender will do fine too. I guarantee you'll feel energized and love the taste.


Triple Carob Berry

1/2 container (2.5 oz) Greek yogurt of choice
2 large strawberries
2 T. Raspberries or Blackberries
3 T. Blueberries
2 tsp. Almond Butter
1 tsp. toasted carob powder
1/3 c. Silk Fruit and Protein or Almond Milk
1 tsp. ground flax seed
Small handful of greens such as spinach or kale
Water
Crushed ice to make colder

Blend and enjoy
